These terms govern your purchase and use of NexGenData data products from thenextgennexus.com. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
NexGenData provides structured datasets compiled from publicly available sources (for example, public app-store review pages and public regulatory filings), delivered as CSV and JSON files on a subscription or one-time basis. Products are described on their respective product pages.
2. License grant
Subject to these terms and your payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the datasets for your own internal business or research purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or make the raw datasets available to third parties as a standalone product or feed. You may use the data to produce your own analyses, reports, and derivative insights.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through our merchant of record, Polar, on the cycle you select (monthly or annual). They renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the products to violate any law, to re-identify or target individuals, to build a competing data-resale product from our raw files, or to misrepresent the data as anything other than factual public information.
5. Nature of the data — no advice
Our datasets are factual public data provided for product and market research — not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and not a recommendation, signal, or solicitation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions and for validating the data for your use case.
6. No affiliation
NexGenData is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, the App Store, Google Play, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or any other source referenced in our products. Source and platform names are used only to describe coverage.
7. Availability & data accuracy
We aim for reliable, timely delivery but provide the products “as is” and “as available.” Public sources change, rate-limit, and occasionally go offline; a given refresh may be incomplete or delayed. We don’t warrant that the data is exhaustive, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGenData’s total liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the data.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, and disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
