Reviews drive ratings, roadmap, and churn — but they arrive constantly across storefronts, and the one-star “it crashes” you need to act on is lost in the noise. A scheduled Zap pulls fresh App Store reviews and routes the ones you care about (low ratings, version complaints, feature requests) into Slack, a sheet, or your support tool.

The Zapier workflow
- Schedule — Schedule by Zapier (daily or several times a day).
- Run Actor — Apify “Run Actor” → App Store Reviews Scraper, with your app IDs + country in the input.
- Fetch dataset items — pull rating, title, body, version, date.
- Filter / dedupe — e.g. only rating ≤ 2, or a specific version; drop reviews already seen (dedupe by review ID).
- Send to destination — Slack alert, Google Sheets log, or a support/issue tool.
