The Zapier workflow
- Trigger — a new row/lead (Google Sheets, a form, a webhook) or Schedule by Zapier.
- Run Actor (chain) — Apify “Run Actor” for B2B Lead List Cleaner → Email Verification → Company Enrichment.
- Fetch dataset items — pull each actor’s structured output.
- Filter / format — derive a verdict (deliverable / review / reject); drop rejects.
- Send to destination — Google Sheets, Airtable, or HubSpot/CRM.
Note: chaining several actors + a filter is a multi-step Zap (paid Zapier plan).
