A scheduled Zap watches Workday and LinkedIn for your target accounts and pushes new, qualifying postings into Slack, a sheet, or your CRM.

The Zapier workflow

1. Schedule — Schedule by Zapier (daily or weekly).
2. Run Actor — Apify “Run Actor” for Workday Jobs Scraper (no login) and LinkedIn Jobs Scraper.
3. Fetch dataset items — pull job title, location, posted date.
4. Filter / dedupe — keep target roles, drop postings already seen; optionally enrich with Company Enrichment.
5. Send to destination — Slack alert, Google Sheets account table, or HubSpot to bump account priority.
