The Zapier workflow
- Trigger / schedule — Schedule by Zapier (daily or several times a day).
- Run Actor — Apify “Run Actor” → PR Newswire Releases, with your keywords/companies in the input.
- Fetch dataset items — pull title, URL, summary, publication date.
- Filter / dedupe — match keywords, drop releases already seen (dedupe by URL).
- Send to destination — Gmail or Slack digest, Google Sheets log, or HubSpot.
Note: filtering + multiple destinations make this a multi-step Zap (paid Zapier plan); a basic 2-step version runs free.
